• Notarizing a document's signature for registration, including certificate & seal: $10.00

  • Each additional signature: $1.00

• Other notarial acts: $10.00

Certified Copies

• Creating a certified copy of an allowed document, including certificate & seal: $10.00

• Creating a certified copy of a notarial record, including certificate & seal: $1.00 per page

Oaths and Affirmations

• Administering an oath or affirmation, with certificate & seal: $10.00

Depositions

• Taking the deposition of a witness: $1.00 for each 100 words

• Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate & seal, and other business connected with

  taking a deposition: $10.00

Travel Service Fees

• Notarizations with the San Marcos Blanco Vista neighborhood: no additional fee!

• Notarizations within Hays, Caldwell, and Comal counties: $25.00
